Kill-A-Watt EZ Power Meter

main_p4460Check out the Kill-A-Watt unit from your OKRSL library and measure the energy consumption of appliances throughout your home to take steps to reduce electricity consumption and lower utility bills. The Kill-A-Watt unit is compatible with any electrical outlet and is used to assess both the efficiency and the actual consumption of standard home appliances. The LCD display measures consumption by the Kilowatt-hour and can be used to estimate the cost of running each appliance for a day, week, month or year.

Kit Includes Kill-A-Watt EZ Power Meter, box, and instruction booklet.

2.  If you’d like full access to our books and other materials, complete the online application and then visit your local library. Be sure to bring your driver’s license or other photo ID with you.

3.  If your driver’s license or photo ID doesn’t have your current address on it, you’ll also need to bring something official, like a pre-printed check or utility bill, that does show your name and current address.

4.  Verify your application with library staff and be sure to sign the bottom of the application.
